International Ship Repair Facility

The International Ship Repair Facility (ISRF) established by Cochin Shipyard Ltd, CSL, at Kochi is equipped with ship lift & transfer system with six workstations at Willingdon Island, the area leased from Cochin Port Trust. The ship lift system will enable to undertake repairs of vessels having size of 130 x 25 M with maximum light weight of 6000 T. CSL has also set up a Maritime park at the above facility. 

Ten globally renowned firms in the maritime industry have already partnered with CSL for setting up their units in the Maritime Park in the first phase. 

Ind Aust has set up its facility in Unit#6 at the Maritime Park.

  • This facility will undertake service repair and calibration of all electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic instrumentation.

ELECTRICAL

Complete Electrical Switchgear & Instruments test console.

Servicing of ACBs, MCCBs, Protection relays and all Switchboard meters

Protection relays – Testing and calibration

Testing and calibration of Insulation Monitors, Wattmeter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, Frequency meter, Power Factor meter.

Provision for Power Supply upto 450Hz and 750V inside the panel.

Simultaneous calibration of multiple meters.

Smart HMI based Control & Data logging of tests.

PNEUMATIC

Complete Pneumatic & Electronic Process Control Equipment Test console

Servicing / Repairs / Calibration of ALL Pneumatic and Electro-pneumatic equipment.

Servicing, repair and calibration of Controllers, Positioners, Valves etc

All process field equipment and pressure / temperature sensors

Servicing and calibration of Level transmitters

Provision for testing pneumatic sensors upto 20 bar.

HYDRAULIC

Complete hydraulic systems test console with power pack

CETOP 3&5 Directional, Proportional, NRV, DNRV, Shuttle, Relief and Line pressure regulation valves can be serviced, tested and calibrated as required

Cargo Valves – Position & Status transmitters – Test and Repair

Hydraulic cylinders – Servicing

Large Directional and control valves servicing

Hydraulic pressure gauges calibration.

Hydraulic power pack with service pressures upto 200 bar.
